Drive-Over Luminaires for white or color changing applications

The Orbit Series offers exceptional opportunities for creative and dramatic lighting solutions for visually integrating approach ramps, driveways and other vehicle access provisions into a complete building and grounds treatment. 

The marine-grade heavy walled 316 stainless steel housing resists corrosion when positioned within a PVC well housing directly into freshly-poured concrete. The continuous closed cell ‘O’ ring gasket forms a positive seal against road dirt and other contaminants. The clear protective cover lens is heat and vandal resistant.

Supplied with Luxeon K2 LED diodes projected through the lens to maximize the light output and performance, this fixture is rated for a total of 70 watts and typically is 50% brighter than the traditional 36 watt color changing wall wash luminaire. Primary optics are from a Lumiled Lambertian array, with secondary optics in symmetrical (18º), spread (5º x 20º) with an efficiency greater than 90%.

Included with the fixture is a 60 foot, 4-wire cord for 24VDC supply, rated for outdoor use and capable of receiving digital DMX controls.

COMET SERIES

Linear Wall-Wash Luminaires

The unprecedented beam-spread control of Solid State Lighting (SSL) maximizes the creative possibilities while minimizing light pollution. Mounts directly to wall surfaces and permits linking of up to four fixtures for complete illumination flexibility. 

Comet Series Luminaires are ready for nature’s elements with a marine grade, corrosion resistant, heavy wall high pressure die-cast aluminum housing and back mounting plate, finished with a standard five stage preparation process that includes chromate conversion and TGIC super polyester powder-coat. An optional zinc phosphate E-coat process can be added to the standard finish to further enhance weatherability. 

LEDs and primary optics are the same as those employed in the Orbit series, enabling the 24 VDC Comet to weigh in at 50% brighter than the traditional 36 watt color changing wall wash luminaire. 

Tamper resistance is assured with the vandal-resistant clear protective cover lens and captive, recessed stainless steel hex socket screws.
