The purchase of SPI Lighting, based in Mequon, WI, further increases Bukas Lighting Group ‘s lighting share in the architectural grade and highly designed and efficient lighting market. “The addition of the SPI Lighting portfolio will provide existing and new customers with a highly specified, architectural grade product, thus positioning ourselves as a leader in this market,” said Bruce Bukas, CEO of Bukas Lighting Group.
SPI Lighting has been operating since 1987. SPI Lighting is renowned for its powerful architectural designs with impressive performances. Fully customed projects are a staple of SPI Lighting, tailoring luminaires to fit the design needs of its customers.
